ABSTRACT
This Letter reports on the fabrication of glass lens doublets arranged in arrays and realized at wafer level by means micro-fabrication. The technique is based accurate vertical assembly separately fabricated arrays. Since each one these obtained melting silicon cavities, employed as a spacer order to build well-aligned robust optical module. It shown that performance achieved doublet better than for single equivalent numerical aperture, thanks lower aberrations. has good potential match requirements miniature imaging systems.
