ABSTRACT
We present, to the best of our knowledge, first experimental demonstration a new imaging system for in situ measurement two-dimensional (2D) distribution surface temperature microscopic specimens. The main component is an tandem acousto-optical tunable filter (TAOTF) synchronized with video camera. A set TAOTF spectroscopic images (up few hundreds) taken by fit measured spectral curves each pixel Planck radiation function and determine emissivity sample using gray body approximation. It experimentally shown that this technique provides aberration-free suitable precise multispectral radiometry (MIR).
