ABSTRACT
Metasurfaces with orthogonal nano-slit pairs arranged on spirals are proposed to generate vector beams (VBs) of Bell-like states and slanted polarizations. The design the metasurfaces is based theoretically derived parameter condition for manipulation two vortex modes, which satisfied by matching three parameters rotation order m , spiral n incident polarization helicity σ . linear VBs controlled initial orientation angle φ 0 slit pairs. satisfying quality experimentally obtained, analytical simulated results validated.
