ABSTRACT
Time-division framework is commonly used in Mueller matrix polarimeters (MPs), which takes extra numbers of images at the same position an acquisition sequence. In this Letter, we utilize measurement redundancy to raise a unique loss function can reflect and evaluate degree mis-registration (MM) polarimetric images. Further, demonstrate that constant-step rotating MPs have self-registration free from systematic errors. Based on property, propose framework, able apply efficient sub-pixel registration skipping calibration procedure MPs. It demonstrated performs well for tissue MM By combining with other powerful vectorized super-resolution methods, proposed Letter has potential handle more complicated problems.
