ABSTRACT
Tissue-clearing techniques have revolutionized the field of biological imaging by rendering specimens transparent and enabling inside optical detection. Light-sheet fluorescence microscopy (LSFM) is a powerful tool for three-dimensional large samples. Combining tissue-clearing with LSFM has advanced efficient 3D visualization these A crucial challenge requirement objective to operate within clearing reagent, which can cause aberrations. To address this issue, we introduce novel, our knowledge, approach flexible design solid immersion refractive meniscus lens (SIMlens), facilitating use air objectives cleared Compared previous SIMlens, method not only eliminates aberrations but also offers customized options enhancing numerical aperture working distance lens, achieving at least 10% improvement. We demonstrated feasibility new using mouse brain
