ABSTRACT
We present a volume holographic waveguide display by dispersing gold nanoparticles (Au-NPs) in acrylate-based photopolymer. The diffractive bandwidth and diffraction efficiency (DE) of the grating (VHG) applied for displays are characterized analyzed through both simulations experiments. results show that wavelength VHG can be enlarged to 30 nm with corresponding refractive index modulation (RIM) increased around 0.08 Au-NPs concentration 0.012 g/ml into Finally, green monochromatic system 30° horizontal field view (FOV) is realized.
