ABSTRACT
In this paper, a triple-band polarization converting metasurface for X and K u band applications is investigated. The unit cell consists of an asymmetric circular ring, terminated with T-shaped stub, printed on FR-4 substrate, backed by copper cladding. convertibility the results from proper engineering anisotropy along x - y -axis. has three plasmonic resonances conversion ratio (PCR) almost 100% in lower two frequencies bands 95% higher frequency band. at 8.2 13.6 GHz are due to magnetic dipole moment while response 19 electric moment. Cross linear conversion, observed, both normal oblique wave incidences. Measured simulation good agreement excellent bands, i.e., 7.7 9.2 GHz, 10.8 15.5 17.5 19.2 GHz. same -polarized waves quite stable under incidence impinging wave. dominates merits multi-band resonances, angle sensitivity, PCR, thus eminent values application polarization-control appliances.
