ABSTRACT
3+ -Yb co-doped films Er -tellurite target glass was also used for comparison.The and sequential processes accomplished rare-earth concentrations of 1.63 × 10 21 atoms.cm - 0.89 respectively, demonstrating the : 4 I13/2 lifetimes 9.1 ms 12.9 ms.The unique process achieved a 30% higher modified layer thickness 35% longer fluorescence lifetime compared to sample.The real-time inter-layer mixing through approach are vital realization highly dense silica with reduced quenching.
