ABSTRACT
We propose the proof-of-concept of a novel method for wide-field spectrally resolved near-infrared fluorescence (NIRF) imaging using wavelength-swept laser. The performance our is evaluated on biotissue-like phantom bearing two inclusions, one filled with indocyanine green (ICG) dissolved in distilled water and second dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO). A laser covering wavelengths around peak absorption ICG was used. difference spectra these solutions gives rise to an additional spectral contrast. distinction between emitted light from different performed principal component analysis (PCA)-based method. Results show that were successfully this approach. This technique can be powerful simultaneously spatio-spectrally image multiple agents.
