ABSTRACT
Spatiospectral structure of wave phase matching in birefringent crystals has a strong dependence on the geometry acousto-optic interaction and incident light spectrum. This defines details beam profile transformation. It is especially important for imaging applications related to large angular aperture wide spectral bandwidth light. In this paper, we demonstrate accurate three-dimensional plotting transmission pattern without small birefringence approximation. The rather complicated shape phase-matching locus spatiospectral domain inevitably leads residual spatially nonuniform chromatic aberrations image. Theoretical consideration computational modeling are confirmed by experiments Bragg diffraction paratellurite crystal. results development acousto-optical devices laser shaping technologies.
