ABSTRACT
Although systemic immunity is critical to the process of tumor rejection, cancer research has largely focused on immune cells in microenvironment. To understand molecular changes patient response (SR) presence BC, we profiled RNA blood and matched from 173 patients. We designed a system (MIxT, Matched Interactions Across Tissues) systematically explore link processes expressed each tissue. MIxT confirmed that active SR are especially relevant BC immunogenicity. The nature interactions across tissues (i.e. which biological associated their patterns expression) varies highly with subtype. For example, aspects underexpressed proportionally level expression defined specific basal tumors. catalog subtype-specific patients provides promising new ways tackle or monitor disease by exploiting SR.
