ABSTRACT
Interactive data visualization is imperative in the biological sciences. The development of independent layers interactivity has been pursuit community. We developed bigPint, a package available on Bioconductor under GPL-3 license (https://bioconductor.org/packages/release/bioc/html/bigPint.html). Our software introduces new technology that enables using Plotly R, which aids exploration large datasets. bigPint presents modernized versions scatterplot matrices, volcano plots, and litre plots through implementation layered interactivity. These graphics have detected normalization issues, differential expression designation problems, common analysis errors public RNA-sequencing Researchers can apply to their by following recommended pipelines written reproducible code user manual. In this paper, we explain how achieved are behind graphics. Pseudocode source provided. Computational scientists leverage our open-source expand upon interactive and/or it ways toward other computational biology tasks.
