ABSTRACT
Newly discovered IL-9-producing CD4(+) helper T cells (Th9 cells) have been reported to contribute tissue inflammation and immune responses, however, differentiation regulation of Th9 in tuberculosis remain unknown. In the present study, our data showed that increased with phenotype effector memory were found be tuberculous pleural effusion as compared blood. TGF-β was essential for cell from naïve stimulated PMA ionomycin vitro 5 h, addition IL-1β, IL-4 or IL-6 further augmented differentiation. Tuberculous supernatants cultured mesothelial chemotactic cells, this activity partly blocked by anti-CCL20 antibody. IL-9 promoted repairing inhibited IFN-γ-induced apoptosis. Moreover, presenting antigen. Collectively, these provide new information concerning particular collaborative between human M. infection. particular, able function antigen-presenting stimulate
