ABSTRACT
Compound Danshen Formula (CDF) is a widely used Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) which has been extensively applied in clinical treatment of cardiovascular diseases (CVDs). However, the underlying mechanism administrating CDF on CVDs not clear. In this study, pharmacological effect was analyzed at systemic point view. A systems-pharmacological model based chemical, chemogenomics and data developed via network reconstruction approach. By using model, we performed high-throughput silico screen obtained group compounds from possess desirable pharmacodynamical characteristics. These corresponding protein targets are further to search against biological databases, such as compound-target associations, compound-pathway connections disease-target interactions for reconstructing biologically meaningful networks TCM formula. This study only made contribution better understanding mechanisms CDF, but also proposed strategy develop novel candidates pharmacology level.
