ABSTRACT
Cancer has arisen to be of the most prominent health care issues across world in recent years. Doctors have used physiological intervention as well chemical and radioactive therapeutics treat cancer thus far. As an alternative current methods, gene delivery systems with high efficiency, specificity, safety that can reduce side effects such necrosis tissue are under development. Although viral vectors highly efficient, concerns from fact sourced lethal diseases. With this mind, rod shaped nano-materials carbon nanotubes (CNTs) become attractive option for drug due enhanced permeability retention effect tumors ability penetrate cell membrane. Here, we successfully engineered poly (lactic-co-glycolic) (PLGA) functionalized CNTs toxicity concerns, provide attachment sites pro-apoptotic protein caspase-3 (CP3), tune temporal release profile CP3 within bone cells. Our results showed was able attach CNTs, forming CNT-PLGA-CP3 conjugates. We show conjugate efficiently transduce cells at dosages low 0.05 μg/ml suppress proliferation up a week no further treatments. These essential showing capabilities PLGA non-viral vector technique fate.
