ABSTRACT
In previous a study, we had developed novel thermosensitive magnetic delivery system based on liposomes. This study aimed to evaluate the efficiency of this for co-delivery both drugs and genes same cell its anti-tumor effects gastric cancer. Doxorubicin (DOX) SATB1 shRNA vector were loaded into system, in vitro DOX release activity, targeted gene silencing efficiency, cellular uptake, cytotoxicity, as well vivo activity determined. The results showed that desirable efficacy, silencing. Moreover, exhibited enhanced inhibit cancer growth vivo, compared single delivery. conclusion, drug has promising application combined chemotherapy therapy
