ABSTRACT
A surgical safety checklist (SSC) was implemented and routinely evaluated within our hospital. The purpose of this study to analyze compliance, knowledge satisfaction with the SSC determine further improvements.The implementation observed in a pilot unit. Further efforts, consisting mainly hands-on leadership training are necessary.
