ABSTRACT
Colorectal cancer represents a lethal disease that has raised concern and attracted significant attention. Adenocarcinoma is the most common type of colorectal (CRC). MicroRNAs are thought to be potential biomarkers CRC. Many researchers have focused on expression pattern miRNAs in However, previous studies did not pay particular attention effects degree differentiation with respect miRNA profile. First, this study compared level 1547 by qRT-PCR adenocarcinoma tissues paired normal tissues. In all, 93 were identified significantly dysregulated relative (P<0.05). Then, we analyzed their as ROC analysis, result revealed three high sensitivity specificity suitable for diagnosis CRC (the value AUC was greater than 0.7). Interestingly, reports 23 these been scarce. Furthermore, wanted analyze difference between well- moderately differentiated cancers, expected, 58 showed dysregulation. Importantly, 32 able only distinguish from tissues, but they also identify cancers. conclusion, an important influence pattern. To avoid misdiagnoses missed diagnoses, tumors different degrees should treated differently when used biomarkers.
