ABSTRACT
Cytokine-like protein 1 (Cytl1), originally described as a expressed in CD34+ cells, was recently identified functional secreted involved chondrogenesis and cartilage development. However, our knowledge of Cytl1 is still limited. Here, we determined the expression pattern regulated by ovarian hormones at both mRNA levels. We found that endometrial mice low before or on first day gestation, significantly increased during embryo implantation, then decreased end implantation. investigated effects cell proliferation, secretion leukemia inhibitory factor (LIF) heparin-binding epidermal growth (HB-EGF). also explored effect adhesion properties cell-cell assays. Our findings demonstrated an hormone-dependent endometrium enhances proliferation HEC-1-A RL95-2 stimulates LIF HB-EGF, cells to JAR spheroids. This study suggests plays active role regulation
