ABSTRACT
Objective This study aims to explore the expression pattern and prognostic significance of miR-33a in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) treated with adjuvant chemotherapy. Methods MiR-33aexpression NSCLC was analyzed silico using GEO database subsequently confirmed by quantitative RT-PCR 147 biopsies. Among these, 32 these biopsies were paired adjacent non-neoplastic tissues. The survival analysis Kaplan-Meier estimates stratified based on expression. In addition, multivariate corresponding groups patients conducted Cox proportional hazards regression model. Results resulted its down-regulation different tumor types. level lower each grade than normal Univariate further established that low an important risk factor for overall disease free patients. Conclusion Our implied levels may have essential role progression, could act as a specific sensitive biomarker who undergone
