For these purposes, diabetic Swiss Webster mice were topically treated with (100, 150 or 200 mg/kg) for 14 consecutive days after an excision performed back mice. Cytokines, retraction histological evaluation conducted at 3, 7 10 (for cytokines); 0, 7, retraction); evaluation). Our data indicate that significantly reduced production MCP-1 TNF-α post-excision increased IL-10 both days. All treatments demonstrated similar higher collagenase-treated Histological evaluations dose treatment resulted better resolution closure levels collagen deposition indexes re-epithelialization even when compared group.
