ABSTRACT
Relative gene expression analyses by qRT-PCR (quantitative reverse transcription PCR) require an internal control to normalize the data of genes interest and eliminate unwanted variation introduced sample preparation. A perfect reference should have a constant level under all experimental conditions. However, same few housekeeping selected from literature or successfully used in previous unrelated experiments are often routinely new conditions without proper validation their stability across treatments. The advent RNA-Seq availability public datasets for numerous organisms opening way finding better studies. Globodera rostochiensis is plant-parasitic nematode that particularly yield-limiting potato. aim our study was identify reliable set G. expression. Gene levels database were putative validated with analysis. Three genes, GR, PMP-3, aaRS, found be very stable within this proposed as future work.
