Food safety is a global public health issue, which often arises from asymmetric information between consumers and suppliers. With the development of technology in human life, building food traceability sharing platform viewed as one best ways to overcome trust crisis resolve problem asymmetry China. Based best-worst scaling approach, this paper investigated preferences for vegetable, pork, dairy product information.
