ABSTRACT
The Middle-to-Upper Paleolithic transition in Europe covers the last millennia of Neanderthal life together with appearance and expansion Modern Human populations. Culturally, it is defined by Late Middle succession, Early Upper complexes like Châtelperronian (southwestern Europe), Protoaurignacian, Aurignacian.
