ABSTRACT
Targeted therapies have become the focus of much cancer therapy research conducted in United States. While these made vast improvements treatment cancer, their results been somewhat disappointing due to acquired resistances, high cost, and limited populations susceptible patients. As a result, targeted therapeutics are often combined with other or chemotherapies. Compounds which target more than one related pathway rare, but potential synergize multiple components therapeutic cocktails. Natural products, as opposed therapies, typically interact cellular targets simultaneously, making them source synergistic treatments. In this study, rare natural product, deacetylnemorone, was shown inhibit cell growth broad spectrum lines, selectively induce death melanoma cells, angiogenesis invasion. Combined, demonstrate that deacetylnemorone affects cancer-related associated tumor growth, drug resistance, metastasis. Thus, multi-targeting has enhance efficacy current treatments well reduce commonly resistance.
