ABSTRACT
Previous studies have reported on several genetic variants related to breast cancer, but a substantial proportion of mutation loci not yet been identified. In the current study, we aimed evaluate association between single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) interleukin-10 (IL-10) and susceptibility cancer in Shaanxi Han women China.Six SNPs were genotyped 530 patients 628 healthy from First Affiliated Hospital Xi'an Jiaotong University Hospital. Odds ratios 95% confidence intervals calculated by unconditional logistic regression analysis assess risk six loci. Two SNPs, rs3024490 rs1800871, found be significantly different women. These also increased co-dominant dominant models. Moreover, another SNP, rs1554286, was associated with an model. Functional assessments indicated that these three may influence expression transcription factor binding IL-10.Our findings suggest IL-10 likelihood factors for development progression cancer. Future should replicate this study functional Chinese other regions.
