ABSTRACT
A huge amount of atomized biological data collected in various databases and the need for a description their relation by theoretical methods causes development integration methods. The omics analysis knowledge with mathematical procedures implemented OmicsON R library is presented paper. tool two sets data: transcriptomics metabolomics. In workflow library, functional grouping statistical are applied. Subgroups among transcriptomic metabolomics created based on stored Reactome String databases. It gives possibility to analyze such multivariate like Canonical Correlation Analysis (CCA) or Partial Least Squares (PLS). metabolomic methodology contained helps easily obtain information connection from different sets. This can significantly help assessing relationship between gene expression metabolite concentrations, which turn facilitates interpretation analyzed process.
