ABSTRACT
Minor grain crops are widely cultivated in northwest China and played important roles local economic. Soil microbes play a central role ecological function biological stability related to soil quality. In order uncover the microbial composition differences factors under 5-year continuous monocropping of three minor (Proso millet, Common bean buckwheat) Guan-Zhong Plain, six nutrimental parameters, pH, moisture content, four enzyme activities were analyzed sequenced. The results showed that after 5-years monocropping, different cover influenced most physicochemical properties, expect content (P < 0.05), available nutrients significant higher proso millet soil, pH was significantly common buckwheat soil. ALP, catalase urease between soils (P< 0.01), which lower ALP than buckwheat. A total 171439 sequences, 9468 OTUs 29 phylum for bacteria, 128920 544 27 fungi obtained. addition, no difference obtained diversity richness 0.05). According relative abundance, Proteobacteria, Chloroflexi, Gemmatimonadetes Acidobacteria dominant bacterial all samples, moreover, abundance Caldiserica Ascomycota (79.04%-90.21%) fungal community Phragmoplastophyta 0.01) Glomeromycota 0.05) soils. Redundancy analysis indicated Nitrogen Potassium strongest predictors both community. conclusion, nutrient composition, decreased fertility condition. Moreover, more sensitive treatment.
