ABSTRACT
Beneficial microbes are all around us and it remains to be seen, whether diseases disorders can prevented or treated with beneficial microbes. In this study, the presence of various bacteria were identified from sediments Indian major Rivers Ganga Yamuna nine different sites using a metagenomic approach. The metagenome sequence analysis Kaiju Web server revealed 69 bacteria. Phylogenetic among these bacterial species that they highly diverse. Relative abundance is correlated pollution levels sampling sites. PCA Lactobacillus spp. group more associated sediment sites, KAN-2 ND-3; whereas Bacillus FAR-2 ND-2. This first report revealing richness in rivers, Yamuna. study might useful isolating important microorganisms river sediments, for possible industrial applications.
