ABSTRACT
The main goal of the current paper is to contribute existing literature probability distributions. In this paper, a new distribution generated by using Alpha Power Family distributions with aim model data non-monotonic failure rates and provides better fit. proposed called Exponentiated Inverse Rayleigh or in short APEIR distribution. Various statistical properties have been investigated including they are order statistics, moments, residual life function, mean waiting time, quantiles, entropy, stress-strength parameter. To estimate parameters distribution, maximum likelihood method employed. It has proved theoretically that fit monotonic as well hazard rate shapes. Moreover, two real sets used evaluate significance flexibility compared other
