ABSTRACT
Suboptimal patient adherence to pharmacological therapy of type 2 diabetes may be due in part pill burden. One way reduce burden patients who need multiple medications is use fixed-dose combinations. Our study aimed compare the effects combination versus loose-dose on medication and persistence, health care utilization, therapeutic safety, morbidities, treatment modification with over three years.
