ABSTRACT
In recent years, China's industrial economy has grown rapidly and steadily. Concurrently, carbon emissions have gradually increased, among which agricultural production is an important source of greenhouse gas emissions. It necessary to reduce by improving their efficiency achieve the global goal peak dioxide in 2030. From a dynamic static point view, this study puts into evaluation index system emission analyzes its influencing factors Hubei Province. First, unexpected output Slacks-based measure (SBM) model data envelopment analysis was used evaluate Province 2018 compared it with other provinces horizontally.
