ABSTRACT
Tropical forest serves as an important pivotal role in terrestrial biological diversity. The present study makes attempt to identify the concentration of species among tree diversity Mahavir Swami Wildlife Sanctuary, Bundelkhand, India. Four ecological indicator indices namely Shannon-Weiner index (H'), Simpson's (D), Margalef (SR) and Pielou's (J) were make most for measurement. research outcomes revealed that (H/) was found be best assessing richness while (D) more suited determining value calculated different transects not only represent but also evenness each transect. potential application can used a mechanism management. methodology will retrofit better policy implementation maintaining health Sanctuary applied on other reserve socio-ecological significance.
