ABSTRACT
Important factors may influence the bioactive compounds in grapes, including scion-rootstock interaction. Therefore, and antioxidant activity grape skin pulp fractions of 'Isabel Precoce', 'BRS Carmem', Cora', Violeta' 'IAC 138-22 Máximo' were assessed. These cultivars, from genetic improvement programs Brazil, have good adaptation to subtropical tropical climate conditions, can be widely used by winegrowers aiming at adding value grape. All grapevines grafted onto 766' 572' rootstocks under conditions Brazil. The highest concentration was found skins Violeta', followed Máximo', both 766'. There a strong correlation between phenolic content properties, since also decreased sequence: > Cora' Carmem' Precoce'. Skin hybrid grapes ('BRS Carmem') contains higher levels (poly)phenolic than Precoce' (V. labrusca). stand out others due their high compounds.
