Exploring the association between sleep quality, internet addiction, and related factors among adolescents in Dakshinkali Municipality, Nepal

ABSTRACT
Background Poor sleep quality and internet addiction are significant issues affecting adolescents globally, Nepal is no exception. Several studies have independently assessed the prevalence associated factors of poor among Nepali youth, but relationship between sleep-related attributes remains unexplored. This study aimed to explore contributing along with quality-related addiction. Material methods A cross-sectional was conducted 243 Dakshinkali Municipality, Nepal. Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Young’s Internet Addiction Test scale were used measure Pearson’s chi-square test binary logistic regression performed at a 5% level significance examine factors.
