ABSTRACT
Detection of placental mRNA in maternal plasma has been reported high-risk pregnancies. We attempted to investigate the concentrations plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 (PAI-1) and tissue-type (tPA) preeclampsia.Peripheral blood samples were obtained from healthy pregnant women before after delivery also with or without preeclampsia. Plasma was isolated these samples, RNA extracted. PAI-1 tPA then measured by use reverse transcription PCR assays. The converted into multiples median (MoM) controls adjusted for gestational age. Data stratified analyzed according clinical severity preeclampsia quantitative distribution pressure proteinuria. The (minimum-maximum) MoM values 2.48 (0.82-8.53) 1.00 (0.41-2.33), respectively, whereas 3.33 (1.01-10.58) (0.95-1.20), respectively. both significantly increased cases preeclampsia, compared (P <0.0001). species directly correlated greatest among a subgroup hemolysis, liver enzymes, low platelets pregnancies.Maternal mRNAs are patients positively
