ABSTRACT
Due to climate changes, resources availability and evolving markets, the food system is developing towards an articulated complex ecology, with fast transformations occurring in production, preparation, delivery disposal. In this context, innovation needed not just ideate solutions deal a fast-changing but also accompany change adopting systemic long-term approach. We reflect on transformational potential of design sector enabled by digital technologies, one current major drivers change. define two levels changes implying those that radically enabling within given system.
