ABSTRACT
The work aimed to study the morphology of colonies and their comparison by features formation Yersinia enterocolitica biofilms.Bacteria were cultured on a Selective Agar medium ("CIN-agar") at 28°C for 24 h. microorganisms grown in meat-peptone broth with 1.0% glucose measure absolute values optical density culture. liquid was determined microplate photometric analyzer Immunochem-2100 (HTI, USA) wavelength 490 nm. For biofilms, specimens fixed 3-5 h pairs 25.0% solution glutaraldehyde (according DV), aqueous osmic acid (OSO4) used contrasting 2-3 min. examined stereoscopic microscopy "BIOMED MS-1 Stereo" (Russia) scanning electron microscope "TM 3030 plus" (Holland). With Y. enterocolitica, S-forms had an elevated intensely colored center, radial striation along periphery, smooth edges, d ≤ 1.0 mm. R-form dark color dry surface, tuberous dense center peripheral ridge, rugged ≥ 1.5 S-form showed that this type microorganism belongs moderate producers biofilms since sample (density - Ds) exceeded control Dc) 3 times. In enterocolitic (D 0.197) weakly produced <2 times. The ability form variability phenotypic features, multiplicity virulence factors bacteria significantly reduce effectiveness diagnostic studies. development accelerated methods detection differentiation virulent properties pathogenic will allow scientifically substantiate develop set measures preventing animal diseases obtaining safe livestock products prevent human diseases. Thus, we need pay attention which forms do solid nutrient media: S- or R-forms. Through study, know bacteria-forming S-shaped are more capable forming than It means they can cause persistent infections due adhesion biofilm formation.
