ABSTRACT
Objective: Based on spinopelvic parameters and biomechanical principles, the pedicle-facet joint (PFJ) morphological characteristics of isthmic degenerative spondylolisthesis were analyzed, mechanism their onset progression was discussed. Methods: This retrospective cross-sectional study included 194 patients with L5 spondylolysis or L5–S1 low-grade (IS group), 172 L4–5 (DS 366 nonlumbar (NL group). The PFJ measured, differences in these among within 3 groups compared, correlations analyzed. Results: Sacral slope (SS) lumbar lordosis (LL) highest IS group, second DS lowest NL group. Among groups, L4 facet angle (FJA) largest smallest (PFA) Pearson correlation analysis showed that each SS LL negatively correlated FJA positively PFA.Conclusion: found a between parameters, suggesting PFJs may be caused by varying stresses under different morphologies.
