ABSTRACT
The content and composition of phenolic compounds in leaves 3 Nitraria L. species from 12 populations have been studied with a high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). investigation has detected 17 compounds, the maximum number components is indicated N. pamirica Vassil. schoberi plants 2 populations, minimum – 6 revealed komarovii Iljin et Lava. Hyperoside (O-glycoside quercetin), narcissin isoramnetin), quercetin (flavonol) luteolin (flavon) identified. Studied accumulate significant amount compounds. Their reaches 2,57% L., 3,96% komarovii. It was marked seasonal dynamics substances, particular, lower during fruiting compared to flowering stage. study results allow making an assumption peculiarities poorer extracts leaves, however, they shows higher total plants. At same time sample close one based on multivariate analysis content.
