ABSTRACT
The effect of a bifunctional catalyst containing nano-dispersed ruthenium particles on an oxidized carbon support “Sibunit” the yield and composition products in processes hydrogenation abies wood ethanol-lignin supercritical ethanol medium at 250° C was studied. presence Ru/C resulted raise conversion from 85 to 98 wt.%, liquid product 75 gases – by 1.5 times, but solid dropped 14 2.8 wt.%.
Ruthenium increased 12.5 did not affect products. residue reduced rose 2.5 times.
Simultaneously, promoted process hydrodeoxygenation products, diminution their average molecular mass 1174 g/mol 827 formation monomeric dimeric compounds with 193 426 g/mol, respectively. catalytic contained 70.1 wt.% cellulose. Thus, application allowed reductive fractionation biomass into cellulose product, gaseous lignin hemicelluloses.
