Neuroblastoma, ganglioneuroblastoma and ganglioneuroma arise from sympathetic tissue in the neck, posterior mediastinum, adrenal gland, retroperitoneum pelvis.Ganglioneuromas is a rare type of neural crest tumor which are commonly seen childhood.They highly differentiated benign tumors compatible with long-term disease free survival.Retroperitoneal localization relatively frequent for these tumors.Due to its rarity lack specific radiological findings diagnosis always postoperative.Here, we present case retroperitoneal was diagnosed post operatively.
