ABSTRACT
Pectus excavatum (PE) is the most common congenital deformity among all pathologies of anterior chest wall, with an incidence 85-90 % (1:1000-3:1000 newborns), a predominance boys (4:1).Chest wall (CWD) ultra-deep local due to significant curvature sternum rare, and methods surgical correction are not standardized.Treating this deformation difficult task. The Nuss Thoroplasty does lead complete remaining acute thorax.Classic Ravich, highly traumatic surgery sternotomy resection sternocostal cartilage, welcomed in modern society eliminate defect. We present our first experience hybrid CWD, combining gentle without skeleton osteosynthesis classical thoracoplasty [1].Deep depression CWD diagnosed during physical examination patient, pronounced «banana» sternum. The main reason for visiting doctor deciding on subsequent cosmetic defect that decreases quality life [2,3].Severe funnel-like can cause cardiopulmonary disorders, especially exertion [4].Clinical case.Patient M., 16-year-old boy, was under care treatment. On arrival at hospital, he complained abrupt abnormality lower third sternum, which had progressed rapidly since age 12.
