Vitamin D and its analogs are known for their role in the development of breast cancer immunomodulation. Our previous studies have shown pro-metastatic effect calcitriol tacalcitol (PRI-2191) young mice bearing 4T1 anti-metastatic aged ovariectomized (OVX) mice. Therefore, aim our work was to characterize Th17 cell population OVX tumors treated with PRI-2191. The expression genes typical cells examined splenocytes, as well splenocytes differentiated IL-6 TGF-β (iTh17). Expression encoding vitamin receptor (
