Vitamin D and its analogs are known for their role in the development of breast cancer immunomodulation. Our previous studies have shown pro-metastatic effect calcitriol tacalcitol (PRI-2191) young mice bearing 4T1 anti-metastatic aged ovariectomized (OVX) mice.
