ABSTRACT
The aim of the study was to investigate effect sibutramine on metabolic and hormonal parameters in women with PCOS obesity. Materials methods. included 53 aged 18 35 years (mean age 31,3 ± 1,1 years) All patients received therapy sibutramine. total treatment duration 6 months. evaluated monthly nature menstrual cycle, anthropometric (body weight, BMI, ON, ON / OF). Results. studies found that after 3 months weight loss 8,1 0,31 kg, - 13,1 0,78 kg (p 0,05). Results survey this strongly support negative impact obesity functional state reproductive system, evidenced by high incidence anovulation, rhythm disturbances menstruation (amenorrhea up to), infertility. Conclusions. obtained results once again confirm efficacy safety reduce body mass, suggest correction metabolic, disorders positive women's health. This allows us consider use as a way restore endocrine function system.
