A Study of Convergence Relationships among Nurses' Image, Professional Self-Concept and Nursing Professionalism in Nursing Students

본 연구는 간호 대학생을 대상으로 간호사 이미지, 전문직 자아개념 및 간호전문직관의 관계를 확인하고, 간호전문직관 정립을 위한 효율적인 간호교육의 방안을 모색하는데 필요한 기초자료를 제공하고자 실시하였다. 연구대상자는 G광역시 일개 대학에 재학중인 292명의 대학생이었으며, 2015년 11월 11일부터 15일까지 자료를 수집하였다. 자료는 SPSS 21.0을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's Correlation, Stepwise Multiple linear regression으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 간호전문직관과 이미지(r=.821, p<.001), 자아개념(r=.701, p<.001)과는 양의 상관관계가 있었으며, 학년을 포함한 변수가 간호전문직관을 총 57.2% 설명하였다. 따라서, 긍정적인 전문직관을 형성시키기 위해서는 간호교육 프로그램을 개발할 시, 연구결과에서 나타난 요인들을 고려해야 할 필요가 있겠다. The purpose of this study investigates the relationships between nurses' image, professional self-concept and nursing professionalism in students, explore plan education for establishment exemplary students. A convenience sample 292 subjects were recruited from one university G city. And data collected November 11 to 15, 2015. Data analyzed using regression analyses with 21.0 Program. students showed a significantly positive correlation image(r=.821, p<.001) self-concept(r=.701, p<.001). Fifty-seven percentage variance was explained by grade. Therefore, on basis study's result, when educational programs are developed make professionalism, these factors need be consider.
