Transmutation of the two parameters Rayleigh distribution

In this study, transmuted two parameters Rayleigh distribution is proposed using quadratic rank transmutation map. This more flexible and versatile than distribution. Some properties of the are derived such as moments, moment generating function, mean, variance, median, quantile reliability, hazard function. The parameter estimation approached through method least square estimation. th joint order statistics also for application model illustrated compared real data.
