This research paper debates some issues concerning a sustainable dairy industry in Kazakhstan straight relation with environment management and innovation management. The qualitative quantitative growth of the industry, production milk products, increasing profitability is based on active use innovative component. Environmental factors other as decrease production, risks not mastering innovations make this subsidized unattractive for attracting investment. In order to assure functioning mechanisms are needed improve implementation priority areas its development, ensure volume imports products. environmentally friendly technologies that reduce negative impact soil water, well infrastructure disposal animal by-products, should become basis development industry.
