ABSTRACT
The article provides an analysis of social capital in the Russian Federation. Unlike commonly used two type R. Patnem's classification, considers three types capital, (family, informal and formal capital), which, turn, have structural dimensions. paper is based on data World Values Survey covering period from 1990 through 2017. survey show that family has been stable over this period.Informal indicators, such as importance friends trust friends, opposite trends: upward trend for former downward latter. Structural dimension (membership NGO signing petitions) characterized by positive dynamics, whereas indicators are negative.Generalized increased, however intolerance towards bribe-taking, cheating taxes, avoiding a fare public transport claiming government benefits, which person not entitled to, considerably decreased.
