ABSTRACT
This study aimed to explore the expression and hypermethylation of EPB41L3 JAM3 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma (CSCC) investigate their clinical significance. mRNA was analyzed using a public database, protein detected immunohistochemistry. The methylation status CSCC tissues cytological specimens quantitative methylation-specific PCR (qMSP). were downregulated CSCC. positively 39.4% frequently expressed those with lower FIGO stage no lymph node metastasis. 18.9% tissues. 52.3% related higher 72.7% older ages In specimens, found normal or inflamed epithelial cells. 0%, 8.3%, 6.3% ASCUS, LSIL, HSIL samples, while 12.5%, 42.9%, 71.4%, respectively. sensitivity combination detection 15.6%, 85.7%, specificity 100%. Downregulation by are potential biomarkers for cancer screening.
